Client: Kent County Health Dept.		The Kent County Health Department needed to brand a new proactive health care initiative targeted at low income communities throughout the Kent Couny, Michigan. The program name "Take Care / Get Care" was developed to suggest that taking care of yourself by receiving healthcare services is similar to an equation for good living.
